Tanner was born and raised in Iowa Park, Texas where he lived until he attended and earned his

bachelor’s degree in business management from Midwestern State University in 2014. While attending

MSU he purchased his first home as a fixer upper. During this process he found a passion for real estate

and over the last 10 years has invested in several properties himself while working as an operations

manager for a local company. After years of gaining knowledge of the industry though investing and

purchasing properties, he decided to pursue his passion and become a real estate agent. He believes

purchasing a home or investing in a property is one of the most important decisions a person or family
